In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or our team had shipped an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.), you have up to 7 working days to return the goods. For these cases, we will bear the return shipping fee.
The correct item will be shipped to you free of any shipping charges. If there is an availability issue in terms of size or color on our side, we will reimburse the amount paid. However, if you had picked the wrong size during the checkout process or have a change of mind after receiving your order, you will be required to bear the return shipping fee.
All items must be received by TAMAY in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.
